Moss or Live Plant products purchased from Moss Chops World are shipped directly from our nursery. We aim to ship orders the same working day, however shipping may take longer please see our Delivery page for full details.

💵 Payments

Order payments are processed securely online by major Debit/Credit Card ApplePay GooglePay processing partners Stripe, PayPal & Klarna with advanced fraud protection. We can accept customers requests for additional payment methods, such as direct bank transfer or off site direct invoicing for card payment. At no time are your payment details held or stored by Moss Chops World.

Order will be shipped when the payment has cleared. You will be notified of the process along the way via email.

Moss Chops World reserves the right to cancel any order not paid for in full. 

We endeavor to fulfill customer orders as quickly as possible, however we can not be held responsible for severe weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

Any sharp or bladed plant care tools will be sent with verification 18 attached.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

 

If your item arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, please contact us within 8h of delivery. Please email a photo clearly showing damage and packaging to jo@mosschops.world

We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 14 days — you cover the return postage.

Custom or perishable items (like live moss) are non-refundable unless notified straight away of damaged on arrival.
